Marc and the Core7 team did a phenomenal job selling our home in Pacifica. Selling a home is listed as one of the most stressful life events a person or family can go through, and I can't say enough nice things about how smoothly this all went for us.
Marc, his family and his team did everything (and I mean everything) to ensure we received top dollar for our home and that it was as painless as possible for us. He was patient, explained everything in great detail, provided us with helpful leave behinds, and was thorough in all the details.
His team responded at all hours of the day and no question was too small or silly. He & his wife even watered the grass on multiple occasions to make sure the home looked great for the showings. Marc is the kind of person who will vacuum your floor himself before a showing-- he's that invested in your success.
His stager, Eddie and the vendors he brought in to do work on our home pre-sale, were great to work with and reasonably priced. Marc did a lot of leg work and always provided us with lots of cost options too. We had a last minute near-disaster with one of the repairs, and Marc not only got multiple estimates, but he made it as painless for us as possible (emotionally & financially) as he understood what an unexpected cost it was for us.
I cannot even compare the level of service he and his team provided to the service we received when we initially bought our home many years ago. This team is incredibly professional, responsive, caring, and it's clear they love what they do. Thank you Marc, we truly felt supported throughout this whole process.
