Nick is so kind, considerate, and practical. I felt so safe with him while he gave me exactly what I needed to transform my struggles in every session. I was quite desperate when I started sessions with him (Nick was my fourth counselor) and I eventually graduated from any types of counseling, thanks to his kind, skillful and practical approach. I can't say enough good things about Nick. Nick helped me work through and resolve issues that have been challenges for me my entire life. He was able to address issues with me in the first few sessions I haven't been able to resolve in almost 20 years of regular therapy. I have worked with Nick in a variety of capacities, from groups to workshops, and I've always been impressed with how intelligent, articulate and grounded he is. I think a large part of this comes from his teaching and practice of mindfulness, which he's an expert in. I've learned so much from him, but also enjoy his warmth, sense of humor and great wisdom! I'd absolutely recommend him to individuals and couples.

I went to see Nick with an interest in exploring hypnotherapy for the first time. I was both curious and skeptical, but he allayed any fears or misgivings I may have had with his calm, clear demeanor. He spoke very extensively about the process and answered all of my questions. Nick has a very warm, relaxed way about him which, in turn, set me at ease. And his hypnotherapy sessions are quite gratifying and rewarding even as they are challenging in terms of the depth of the work being done.
