We had a 4-unit in Noe Valley with parking, Property Management SF found and signed leases with all four tenants @ $1200 per lease signed. They also screened the tenant including income verification, 740 credit or above, and background checks in all 50 states. I saved over $4,000 in lease up charges by other realtors, in an easy rental market.

As an asset apartment manager, I frequently use Property Management SF's leasing service department to fill all vacancies within our portfolio. They are very communicative and transparent in their approach. They also have several leasing agents that will show several different vacancies at once. I would recommend for vacancies in SF.
