Staff is very friendly. Over all building is always kept clean and tidy. The amenities are useful. It is a pleasant place to reside..

It is satisfactory. My only issues are my neighbors won't stop dragging furniture every night starting at 9PM and ending at 3AM. Hard to pinpoint where it is coming from, because the people I asked about it vehemently deny doing anything loud. Fire engines not so bad, good view, water shuts off once a month due to the water heater dying, but I just use bottled water to wash my hands on those days. Management is pretty chill. I might stay another year if whoever is moving stuff upstairs moves out and I can get some peace of mind.

**UPDATE 2/11/24*** IT HAS BEEN ROUGHLY 2 MONTHS POST MOVE-OUT FROM MOSSO. I LEFT MY APARTMENT IN PRISTINE CONDITION YET MANAGEMENT HAS RETURNED MY DEPOSIT SHORT. IF YOU ARE A HARD WORKING , BUDGET CONSCIOUS PROFESSIONAL WITH GOALS I RECOMMEND YOU STEER CLEAR OF THIS ENTITY. IT CLEARLY HAS ITS OWN AGENDA TO BECOME A FULL BLOWN HOUSING PROJECT. 2023 -I am absolutely 1000% displeased with the experience here. As a working professional female I have been harassed by maintenance, price gouged, and denied my basic (yes, it is still considered basic) right to water on 30 + occasions. I appeal to the new Property Mamager to re-assess the situation here for the betterment of the community New Update 3/17/24: It has been several months since I have moved out of Mosso. My new place has monththly premium activities scheduled, rent is lower and place is much bigger. In addition they do not incorporate the RUB charge system that Mosdo did. RUB is a systematic way of dividing up utility costs based on the square footage you rent. Not your usage. Therefore be aware that yes similar to a communist country you will be applied a Marxist method of paying for others.and if you enjoy holding onto your own money that you have earned be aware that you will be robbed as well of your security deposit. Note that mine was returned to me without clear explanation why roughly 30% of it was casually skimmed off my balance?'
