My experience with Citibrokers INC. On 400 treat street was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I had been shopping around for an apartment/Studio/Shared Room/Hole In The Wall... you name it. With little to no luck when it came to getting emails back, phones calls returned or even comments on posts about rooms and such avaliable. After about 1-2 weeks of constant searching we came across a listing at 3141 16th ST and immediately we were connected with Michael not only did he respond right on time, he was extremely polite, respectful, kind, and professional but most of all he gave a call to see if we wanted to check it out, he understood we were from Fresno and it was a big move and that we couldn't come down that day. He gave us another day to check it out, We both knew in our heart this was where we wanted to be. Once we made it down we immediately fell in love with the room and the area. Not only was Michael great but Mike, the maintenance guy, was also very kind, polite, and always there when needed, he will respond to your texts literally within 15 mins EVERYTIME. We love where we are its quiet, a calm neighborhood, private access, street parking is almost always avaliable, and we are within walking distance to pretty much anything we need INCLUDING the BART station . Again we couldn't be happier with our choice we hope that maybe in a year if they have a one bedroom avaliable we will have the opportunity to move into that. I'm glad we meet Michael he really helped us out and hooked us up with a wonderful Studio! Thank you again Citibrokers INC.
