Talked to my partner and I separately and told us different things. Refused to address our concerns in writing and only verbally. Do yourself a favor and just don't bother. Slimy business practices.

I lived at 881 Haight Street for 2 years and overall had a good experience with the folks at Pacifisia Realty. After leaving from the pandemic, they provided a full deposit refund with interest without hassle. They also fixed a showerhead during our stay. The only reason it was not a 5 star experience was because sometimes it was difficult to communicate via email when we decided to exit our lease. Overall, I would recommend.

As a tenant for 8 years with Ellen at Pacifisia, I consider them to be professional, responsive, and courteous in all things. Highly recommend renting through Pacifisia - never had a payment problem, never had to wait long to get things fixed. Great experience all around.
