Steven is so helpful. He fixed our broken outlet that wasnt just an easy replacement. He took the time and found the root of the issue. he also made sure everything else was in perfect working order. He is super friendly, professional and thoughtful. He is also a dog whisperer. Our pup just adores him.

Steve and Cedar are exactly who you hope shows up at your door when you have a maintenance issue. He was extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and prepared. He resolved our heater and smoke alarm issues quickly, explaining his fixes along the way. He even fixed up a couple of things he noticed walking through our unit.

Steven is the best maintenance man around. He went above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. Called him to install a light fixture and it turned out that the entire thing was busted with installation falling out (hot mess). He needed to replace the entire unit. He took his time and ensured the work was completed accurately and cleaned up. I had no idea what I was asking to begin with. The invoiced price was reasonable and fair. My kitchen hasnt been this bright in years. Absolutely, hands down, recommend!!!
