        Problem was kitchen sink with disposal not draining. Solution was to clear packed drain pipe below kitchen in basement. I called Heises and got a next day appointment, plumbers arrived on time, their diagnosis was accurate, the fix worked. All employees friendly and helpful, price was reasonable, they cleaned up before leavingwhats not to like!
