I first met Benny the handsCheung after I was in a terrible car accident. He is absolutely amazing and treats the whole situation rather than just the problem area (I had terrible headaches/whiplash from the accident). He strengthened my back/neck so well that my headaches are now few and far between. Hes so fantastic that I continued on with him to help me strengthen the rest of me.

Jordan helped me greatly to rebuild my athletic ability. I came to Graspmore at a personal low. I had injured myself in 2018 training for and running a half marathon. I wanted a sub-2 hour time but given my ego and improper training I missed my target and ended up with shin splints in both legs instead. A few years of being unable to run more than once in a while and spending all my time inside I had minimal cardio and muscular ability. I had mobility issues with my knees and hips, and whenever I would try to run I would get concerning symptoms in my feet and achilles. Not wanting that experience of falling short on my goal to be the peak of my athletic ability, I came to Graspmore with the ambition of rebuilding my body and doing the race correctly the second time. Jordan helped develop a set of exercises for me, and advised me on how and when to reintegrate running into my training. Within weeks I already started to feel more capable, and one by one my symptoms were alleviated. 8 months after my first appointment I ran the half marathon again, on the same course, and I did it 10 minutes faster in 1:52:03. Jordan was encouraging the whole way through and was excited as I made progress. When I finished the race, I had no pain, and I was even able to run a half mile back along the course to meet up with friends and family that came to spectate. Since the race he has continued to solicit feedback and adapt the exercises as my abilities have improved. I also mentioned to Jordan that I had gotten into skiing, learned advanced technique, and felt that I could be an even better skiier with more athleticism. Knowing this, Jordan incorporated bits of skiing-specific training into my exercises. As ski season approached, he gave me additional ski-specific exercises to prepare me for it. The staff at Graspmore are very qualified and friendly. They make the effort to fully understand where you're at, where you want to be, and what needs to change to get you there. Not only do they resolve symptoms, but they help you to slingshot past them and become more capable than you were before them. It's both physical therapy and personal training at the same time. I couldn't be more satisfied with my results.

Benny was professional, knowledgeable, attentive to details, and helped me rid the pains I was experiencing completely. The exercises he taught and prescribed were both manageable on my own and highly effective. The facility is clean and parking was easy. Highly recommend him and the entire team at Graspmore PT!

As a retired physician, I'm highly discerning when it comes to medical professionals. So when my nephew raved about his experience with Graspmore PT and Dr. Kevin Fong, I knew I had to give them a try. From the moment I called to make an appointment, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff, especially Heather, who provided helpful information on parking and fees. The clinic is inviting and well-appointed, reflecting the general attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort. During my session, Dr. Fong displayed exceptional knowledge and bedside manner, asking astute questions to identify the root cause of my pain. Unlike past experiences where I felt rushed or dismissed, Dr. Fong took the time to demonstrate stretching exercises that have since alleviated my symptoms entirely. What sets Dr. Fong and his clinic apart is the genuine concern for patients' well-being and their ability to achieve results in just a few sessions. I'm deeply grateful for their expertise and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking effective, compassionate physical therapy.

A close friend (chosen family, basically) had been seeing Kevin for about 5 years, and had always spoken very highly of him. Hyperbolic, even. My spouse went to see Kevin, on this friend's advice, for an old back injury that was flaring up, and was equally impressed (and hasn't had to go back, which is a sign of success for me). I believed them, but tbh I'm hard to impress. I tore my ACL at the end of May 2023, and had surgery scheduled for July 2023. Since apparently we now had a family physical therapist now (Kevin), I reached out pre-surgery to see if he'd be a good fit for helping me with my recovery. He's personable and welcoming, and immediately upon starting our session I understood the hype. It's not enough to say that Kevin has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the human body. Imagine the scene in Bladerunner when the computer is told to "enhance": it can see into and past various layers of infrastructure and returns (impossibly) crystal clear imaging. That's how it feels when Kevin is explaining why your body is doing the things it's doing. Or, it's the same vibe as when you're a kid and Ms Frizzle shrinks the class in a Magic School Bus submarine and suddenly you understand the scale of the human body and various anatomies unseen. Not only does he possess this impressive knowledge for himself, but he is able to communicate that information in an accessible way. You can imagine, then, that I was mildly hesitant when Kevin suggested I work with a different PT at Graspmore, since his own schedule was very full at the moment. But given all the aforementioned info, I felt I could trust Kevin. And BOY, could I trust him: I could not be more grateful to have been next paired with Jordan. Jordan has the same impressive deep knowledge that Kevin has, is also so lovely and welcoming, and I have felt secure with him in every step (literal and metaphorical) of my recovery. Jordan has this amazing ability to tease out useful information from my vague status updates (though I try to be helpful and be as exact as I can). The clarifying questions he asks are such that they guide me to give much more physical and environmental context than I thought I had. The whole team, but especially Jordan, are such hype-men for my recovery. Even when I waltz in declaring "I did a bad job this week, Jordan, I didn't do any of my exercises," Jordan chides me gently, of course, but doesn't shame me for it and never ever makes me feel discouraged. Jordan listens to everything I report about my physical progress before, during, and after our sessions. He makes little adjustments to help me when "my knee feels wobbly for this exercise", when "I think I'm guiding my recovering knee too much?", when "I realized I never learned how to run properly ??" etc. When a home exercise is too boring or I think I'm doing it wrong, he strikes the exercise or helps me improve my form. When I'm nervous about something, or when I've fallen 5 different times down stairs when I'm traveling, he doesn't make A Whole Thing out of it. He'll joke I shouldn't travel anymore, but then he compassionately helps me identify the way my knee responded during that fall. The fact that I can fall a bunch and NOT re-injure my knee is encouraging. I've been seeing Jordan about once a week for about 7-8 months at this point, so there's a whole lot more I could say about Jordan and the Graspmore team, but suffice to say I very much look forward to seeing him (and the rest of the talented and fun team!) each week. Could not recommend more highly.
