I enjoy my puppy being there at day care he enjoyed being there with the other puppy.I also like how friendly and your are about pets

Our 2 year old pup loves going to Wag! Hes been to the San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles locations and had a great boarding experience at them all! He always comes back cheerful and tired from the All Day Play add ons . We especially appreciate the friendly staff and detailed report cards.

Been taking my dog, Iggy, to Wag Hotels on 14th Street in SF for nearly four years - since he was about 9 months old. He loves it! Always gets excited once he realizes where were going. That, of course, makes me feel comfortable and confident every time I drop him off. I think it all comes down to their attentive, caring, and professional staff. They have always been flexible and accommodating if ever Im running late, need to make last minute plans, or something else has come up. Ive also noticed that compared to other doggie play care and boarding companies, Wag prices have remained reasonable.

Blu has improved her interactions she has with people and dogs. Only three weeks but a great improvement.

Don't go - use Rover. They are not great. We've had our dog stay with them a number of times and we always have at least 1 problem if not more. Such as (1) cameras not being on when they should (2) him not being out when he should be and getting a long wait and rude responses when I call to check on how he's doing. Saying "it's in the app and they'll call if there's an issue" (it's not, hence the call, and they don't - he got sick there once with no alert) (3)they don't allow his security blanket and we once got him back with his toy drenched in urine. I was livid. (4) we weren't aware until our last stay (which we haven't returned since) that they don't walk them without paying extra. Like, at all. We thought the cost was for the 1:1 walk. Nope. They leave them in their waste if not. (5) twice we've asked for a report on longer stays and received answers like "he's so playful and happy with staff and the other dogs" which is not at all our very timid rescues personality. They clearly don't watch the dogs or take notes, just spew what they think will sound good (6) he's gotten sick twice after staying with them and we've had instances where they use none of his food and another instance where an entire bag was gone in a 3 day stay (he's only 30lbs). They definitely just lock them in a room alone, don't walk them, and bath the urine off before they hand them back. Their doggy daycare, bathing, and front desk staff seem ok though (?)
