Best Attorney in SF. When no one else would respond to my questions Dan took the time to call me and give me his two cents. Hes honest and motivated to help people get the help they need. Highly recommend him to anyone. If he cant help he will find someone who can.

If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. I rarely write reviews but the way I was treated while I am already going through a hard time is completely unacceptable. I called to find out if I had a valid case and I could barely get any words out without him constantly over talking me and cutting me off and telling me what could not happen. Not one time was there any sympathy extended or sound advice. At the least even if there really is nothing that can be done he could be more understanding. Which being that an uninsured driver hit my parked car I find that very hard to believe.

Daniel has been extremely helpful quickly guiding me through the unfamiliar details of hospital bills and insurace law. He cleary described the tricks opposing claim adjusters would try and how to avoid them. Reaching out for his advice was a great decision.
