I called in trying to get some assistance from a lawyer and a woman answered the phone being very rude and short with me and kept saying what's your deal like a 1970's flick her name is Pamela her customer service was the worst I've experienced in years, if I were anyone looking for help go with another law firm.

I was very disappointed by my experience with this law firm. I suffered an injury in July 2012 and contacted this firm in an effort to set up a consultation. After a couple of phone calls, I was informed that the firm was in the process of moving and would get back to when they were situated. I never heard back from the firm and focused my efforts on the medical aspects of my case. Finally, in July 2013, I contacted the firm again and had a brief phone conversation with Richard Alexander. As an attorney with decades of experience, I was incredibly unimpressed by the questions he asked and his suggestions about how I might proceed. Some attorneys want easy cases with large damages. Other attorneys are willing to take on tough cases because they know someone has been injured as the result of the negligence of another party. If your case is a no brainier, call Richard Alexander. Otherwise, keep looking for an attorney who cares about justice, not just multi-million dollar verdicts. HUGE disappointment.
