Unhelpful - maybe I caught Dr Kelly on a bad day, but as soon as I had my first and only communication with this doctor, I informed the practice that we would take our healthcare needs elsewhere. The office staff however seemed to be compensating for his approach and they were super responsive & helpful.

Dr Kelly may be good at advising healthy children but not diagnosing and appropriately referring those who are not. Does not take parent concerns serious if child doesnt agree.

Long story short I had a heated discussion with Dr. Kelly about a billing issue in which at the end of the discussion I think we both left angry (at least I did). I received a phone message from him the following day stating he was changing his position on the issue after some reflection. I respect this very much because he didn't have to do it. He and I could've gone our separate ways with nothing but negative energy from our disagreement but he chose to find a resolution. I appreciate this.

Dr. Kelly made us feel much more at ease about anything that came up with both of our kids. We recently moved and were very sad to lose him as our pediatrician!
