Builder and designer with a trade account. I would never again order from or recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is incredibly poor and they will make you pay for their mistakes. Ordered a gallon and quart of shaved truffle to paint a bathroom. My construction team painted the bathroom with the gallon first and upon opening the quart to finish the job they alerted me because the color was completely different. Turns out the gallon was not the correct color despite the label being correctly and when I reached out to the company to remedy their error they were not willing to send me the correct paint that I purchased since the team used the gallon already. I was baffled they said they would not send me what I bought despite a photo of the color discrepancy between the quart and gallon. Because of their error I now I have to eat the costs to:
- pay my team to repaint the bathroom the correct color
- buy a new gallon since the company refuses to send the correct one
- am behind on our construction schedule because we cant set vanities until remedied.
This company takes no accountability for their own mistakes and is not a company you want to partner with.

Initially in love with the Wabi color, the team's suggestion of a layering technique caught my interest. Exploring their showroom, I settled on a blend of 200% Habitat and 150% Wabian absolute favorite. Natalie, the wonderful woman who assisted me, patiently showcased various options.
Check out the attached photos taken at different times; they perfectly capture the charm. Pro tip: Colors can be tricky, so always test samples. Color Atelier not only knows their stuff but also goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction, especially with unique requests. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their expertise and personalized touch

My husband and I wanted a different color for our sons nursery 5 years ago. We used Velvet Noir and loved it. Fast forward 4 years later and we are selling our house. We visited the showroom and Burcu was able to get us more of this color and explained how one coat painted over the same wall would bring it back to life. Velvet Noir did not disappoint! We cant wait to play around with new colors at our new home! Thank you Color Atelier team for your amazing product and customer service!

Great products and very knowledge staff! Even though they are a small business' and it sometimes takes them a minute to get back to you they are very help when they respond. Willing to take time to go over proper prep work for their products. The Lime Paint is great for DIY projects and their color selection is fabulous. The Tadelakt is also a great product however, it does take some expertise to install so it is best to work with a contractor with plaster experience. Although the staff spent time going over the application process so we could understand it has an end-user.
