Dr. Wong is a dishonest and deceitful man. He wrote an incorrect prescription, acknowledges it but refuses to do anything further. His office is filthy, in hindsight it is not a surprise his work was so sloppy as he spent the entire exam talking about his dog and his mother. In addition, he never did any of the standard tests and was oddly focused on telling me I needed special eye drops for dry eyes (which I never complained of??). I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a second exam elsewhere. His care was so abysmal I filed a complaint with the CA board of optometry.

Dr. Wong is simply the best optometrist that I have ever done business with in my long years. I know that under his care my eyesight will last longer than I do. Highly, highly recommended.

I have been visited this eye doctor for 6 years. I never thought the service can drop down like this. During the eye check, I clearly told him that left degree is not clear, he just ignored it and told me that's because my eye is too dry. The result is that new glasses doesn't work at all, because he increased my right eye degree, make it even worse than the old glasses, I can't work with computer with the new pair. After trying for one month as suggested, it still doesn't work, the worst thing is they never gave me option to fix it, only tell me to use the old prescription or refund. Refund means I will waste last year's insurance. During the communication, they lied about my old prescription, and other things. Not focus on solving the problem, just trying to find excuses. I am so disappointed. Have to give up service with this doctor even though it is next door to my house.

One of the most disorienting experiences I've had to deal with growing up in the sunset. The first ever eyedrops he recommended me when I was little made my eyes blurry, but my family vouched for him and he reasoned it was my eyes naturally getting worse reading my school books. He then prescribed me glasses with "correct" prescriptions (i loved my vision getting clearer with them) but every appointment, he would still "fix up" my dry eyes with a special eyedrop. It was blue/orange in color, and that was nostalgic and appealing to me until now, where I have my reasons to believe it was IODINE, a chemical solution used to test and change the acidic property of a liquid, which does NEUROLOGICAL DAMAGE and CAUSES visual impairment at a term. Do not go here, I have suffered chronic visual loss and ability to focus my eyes during waking hours, due to his care. He is a trusted individual but he may be suffering from misinformation or lack of faith for his patients and his care.
