Mani Pedi Spa

I try not to leave one star reviews but I really felt like my nails were not worth what I paid. I came in for a refill and left with a cut on my hand (the tech dropped the drill right on my hand), multiple cuts on cuticles, and my nails are so thick.

Ive been here twice now and both times Ive left so happy! I get dip manicures which make me nervous going somewhere new but they do a wonderful job. Most recently, Linda did my nails and she was great, she was so polite, patient and understood exactly what I wanted! She took her time making sure my nails were even & smooth. I loved the result - definitely found my new nail salon in SF!

Update: After speaking with mani pedi spa after this incident, they were very understanding and accommodating. I was assured that this would not happen again and its very clear that they care deeply about their customers and quality of the services. Mani pedi spa was clean and well organized. I went for a pedicure however and my nail technician was very aggressive when cutting out ingrown toenails. My nails bled and it has hurt to put pressure on my toes when walking since I got the pedicure. My toe is still bleeding and inflamed the day after the pedicure. In addition to the painful in grown toenails, she cut off the sides of my pinky toenails which was also painful.

So me and my friend went to that salon and did our nails, but my friends nail was very uneven and it was very bumpy so then we try to get it fixed. They made her nail worse and it was very uneven and she also cut off her cuticles fast and aggressively. Do not go there unless if you want to get your cuticle cutting off in pain. they were also filing her nail very aggressively and it hurts so bad and the Lady was giving us dirty looks and dont go there your finger skin will be cutten off. And the girl we told to like try to redo our nails. She looked very pissed, so I feel like she purposely try to ruin our nails.
