Quite overdue, but we used Bay Area Efficient Movers on several occasions over the last few years. They were always incredibly responsive, efficient, and handled our things with great care. Would recommend to anyone moving within the Bay Area with no hesitations.

We had a move time schedule for 10am today (1:15 hours ago) and the movers are a no-show. They didn't call/text to let us know they'd be late and they're not picking up the phone - definitely would steer clear

These guys were horrible. They arrived 5 hours late, never responded to my calls or text messages. The move was supposed to be completed in a day, they showed up with fewer guys then needed. They said they'd bring our things same day, but said due to their late arrival & lack of enough movers, they would have to finish the following day. The next day I didn't hear anything from them & finally receive a text that they didn't get to the house until after 2pm. Received a promise that everything would be delivered that night but then didn't hear anything from them at all. I stayed up until 1am worrying they might show up. Since I'd received no communication at all after sending repeated texts & leaving messages. Day 3 of the saga I receive a text that they only had to load 1 bed & they'd be on their way. Talk to my neighbors & am told they left the truck out in front of our house all night! Then they didn't even arrive until nearly noon. We had to drive over there to ensure the job was completed, only to find out that there was way more then just 1 bed left to load. They lied, were late, were non responsive & didn't even finish the job. We had to hire a 2nd moving company to finish the job. They also broke many items. Do not hire these irresponsible movers!
