The salespeople are great, but this is a no-negotiations dealer. What you see on the tag is what you pay (plus taxes, etc). That would be great, except their prices are too high. Update: I went ahead and bought a 2024 Honda Rebel 1100 here. The people were just too good not to. What I learned from them was more valuable than a few bucks off a bike.

Friendly, knowledgeable people and quality products at reasonable prices. Perfect. The minor fly in the ointment is the reservation process in the service department. No service because a technician is unexpectedly out (with no notice to me before I brought my old and very broken scooter in) is not good customer service. It's time to hire more staff, guys. I love this place

Great experience here as always. Bought a Kawasaki 300 a couple years ago from them. Upgraded to a 650 with sf moto. Now I got a beautiful new 998cc bike(choose not to disclose which bike) which I also got at sf moto. Both Jin and Frank were great on getting me started with the bike I wanted. Eric made the financial part fast and easy. Big shout out to Francesco for providing me with very helpful knowledge and tips and making me feel like a valued customer. I also take the bike in here for service knowing Mike and/or Tom will be there to get the job done right.
