Carlos Duenas was nothing short of amazing at working on this loan for us. Communication was terrific via call, text, email, didnt matter. He got back with us within the hour if he didnt answer directly. I would definitely recommend Agora Lending. We did a refi, cashed out a little, paid off some debt, and it has changed my life. We were skeptical after seeing the reviews although Carlos Duenas was awesome!! Always returned our calls & Emails the same day even into the night. The conditions/proof of this or that were a little extensive from the underwriter but we had multiple extenuating circumstances. (Apparently guidelines have tightened immensely with the economy being the way its been the last few years.)Closed on our new home FHA mortgage 36 days after our offer was accepted with our pre qual. letter. Thank You Carlos!!!!

When I refinanced with Agora, they never sent the finances in to renew my homeowner's insurance. I never received any notification from the company, so months went by without having any insurance. It then turned into a back and forth of checks being issued and cancelled and one big nightmare. After that, the company sold my mortgage, and now I find out that they never sent a copy of the recorded mortgage to the new company. So now I'm in this battle. I tried calling and wasn't even given an option to be placed on hold or receive a call back, just a we are too busy to answer your call, please try again later. The email address on their website gets returned as not a valid email address.
