      Armando - I completely understand your frustration. Once you get proof of insurance on the subject property from your borrower in the amount of the balance or higher, as per your own contract states, we can complete the sale no problem. We cannot buy a note secured by a commercial property that is under insured. This would be a huge liability for anyone who holds it, including you. Please let us know if something changes.
