Rick is a legend. He is so kind and professional and very communicative about his availability, when to expect him on the day-of, and keeps us updated on status of repairs. We're renters in Nob Hill, and even though he's technically doing work on behalf of our landlord, he keeps both us as the tenants and our landlord informed at all times. His repair work is top-notch and we always ask if he can come back if something needs fixing that we can't address ourselves. I can't recommend Russian Hill Handyman Co. enough. Rick is simply the best. The quality of his work is top notch, hes reliable and fast and clearly communicates. He offers helpful suggestions to manage the cost of each project with the best outcome. And if a job is outside of his scope he will let you know and often can provide a referral. In a business littered shady characters, Rick is the exception- I cannot recommend him highly enough.
