It wasnt dense and delicious like typical gelato. The flavors were okay but the texture was terrible. Very light and airy, so over-churned it was almost like eating whipped cream.

We wanted to provide some technical insight into your experience with our gelato:1) We make our gelato fresh daily right here at the store. If you happened to try a very fresh batch, it might have been softer than what you expected. 2) It's possible that you're accustomed to other gelato brands that use extra stabilizers, resulting in a denser product. While there's nothing wrong with that approach, our goal is to offer a fresh smooth texture with an all-natural formulation.We completely understand if our style of gelato wasn't what you were looking for. Everyone has their preferences, after all! If you're willing to give us another chance, we'd love to have you back next time you're in the area. We're always working to improve and would welcome the opportunity to make your next experience with us a more enjoyable one.
