Average tasting ice cream; I get the novelty of having it made in front of you, but this takes WAY too long. Smitten does this in 90 sec and w/o all the manual labor; its like a super-slow Cold Stone in there.

Finally tried this place in the Inner Sunset District, got me the 3x berries with captain crunch, raspberry syrup, & fruity pebbles, the only thing i didn't like was the long wait to be precise 30 mins! i'm glad they finally opened one of these in SF, the price is a bit pricey but once in a while it doesn't hurt to try this place out. Update: they have now moved to Clement & 25th Ave. plus you can get all the toppings you want for free! Plus youll be greeted by the owners son outside, hes the one who is telling people to try it out lol. Was sad when they closed this place in the Sunset but glad they re-located & closer to my house now!

It was only good for the experience of seeing the ice cream being made. Otherwise, very overpriced for middling taste and very poor service.

Fresh, not too sweet flavors but also fun toppings if you want to turn up the sweet notch! Friendly faces! Thanks for opening a shop in the neighborhood.

Glad to see unlimited toppings, which is rare at this price point. However the chocolate ice cream seemed to be hard and flaky instead of smooth and creamy. Toppings of wafers, Nutella and chocolate sauce helped a bit to give a more chocolatey profile to the chocoholic.
