        Boba was fine but the staff is rude. After we finished our boba, I took my kid to use the bathroom only to be told the restroom was for customers. When I said we were, the guy had another worker give us the key but only after commenting that he didnt think we actually bought anything. All this attitude for a 4-yo that needs to use the bathroom. Regretting my tip.

        Boba Guys is always great quality but the service at this store is laughable. No greeting. Dont even acknowledge you or show appreciation for supporting the brand. Felt awkward like I dont belong there. Please teach them humility.

        best boba in sf!! the lychee oolong brightened my day, especially during a sunny day! so refreshing!! the boba is chewy and delicious too

        Drinks were disgusting never had such unflavorful boba guys drinks. 2 ladies making the boba are weird and not polite at all. They were laughing by themselves but yet ignoring the customers. Terrible experience
