Great hole in the wall Vietnamese sandwich shop. I really enjoyed the pork BBQ sandwich. High quality ingredients with excellent execution.

It's really a unique experience ! You don't think much of it if you quickly walk by, but stop and read the menu, and you might find something you like

Excellent sandwiches on the westside of the city. It's not a restaurant, so plan to eat outside or away. The service is very polite and fast. But they get very busy so you either call in the order or wait.....
Parking: Midweek, you're fine. On weekends, it can get busy.
Kid-friendliness: There is a park adjacent to the shop.
Wheelchair accessibility: No entry. Everything is done outside
