We could not have purchased our home without Alex! He walked us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions. During negotiations Alex was extremely responsive and calm, which helped us land a great deal on the property. We meet Alex through recommendations of two very well positioned real estate property owners and investors. One phone call to him and we were on our way to our new home for a viewing. Alex gave us an honest assessment of the property, his feeling of our comfort and fit after some initial questions and concerns, then talked realistic prices and negotiations should we want to move forward. The next day we wanted to put in an offer and Alex confirmed it was strong and would garner an acceptance or counter. That night we had a counter to consider and Alex recommended our final offer and it was accepted the next day ! From there it was a whirlwind of family, friends, and Alexs team helping us proceed through purchasing process. The entire time from first viewing the property to possession of the property was 16 days thanks to the responsiveness, follow-through and commitment to our new home from Alex. Great experience !
