        Very strange and unwelcoming place. The sales people are judgmental and rude. Probably one of the best place to have a terrible shopping experiences. Maybe the sales guy think he is too elite to be working here and people who come to shop there are beneath him.

        Love the Ojai jacket in charcoal wool. Have been wearing it for nearly 3 years. Recently, I had an issue with the buttons but Michelle reached out quickly and helped, so I can keep on rocking one of my favorite jackets!
