    Just bought a commode. Stupidly we didn't check prices online. Readily available online for $40. We paid ,$119. Couldn't return it 5 minutes later because of no return policy. Price gouging at it's worst

    I thought this city of San Francisco have strict laws on price gouging. An oxygen concentrator that cost $900 else where is priced $2500 at ITC medical devices. Same brand, Same model, same new product from the manufacturer. Price gouging during a pandemic is inhumane.

    I would select 0 if I could, I never have DELT with such a bad experience and customer service. 1) they never got my order faxed from DME2) I went down to the store and called DME while I was there, they said they sent it. I had to tell them to re-send the fax. 3) the order was placed 9/21, went to the store 10/5. Told them my insurance stopped 10/1. Said that the order was placed in time. of insurance in fact. They need to accommodate that. 4)The lady working there called me and asked me what color I wanted told her 2 different colors (she should have figured that out when I was in the store) she also said I can only get 1. I told her NO u need to call DME again BECAUSE I know for a fact I get 2! 5) the hours make it hard to go to the store so I had it mailed.6) finally got it 10/25 (WOW almost a month later!!)7) it was WRONG. I didn't get the 2nd color and it was missing something.8) had to drive back to the store. I said you need to accommodate all these MISTAKES and let me keep 1. The manager refused and said nothing is FREE. (Seriously u can't Swallow up $35 for all these MISTAKES that you the owner and worker MADE! I kept saying that's a matter of customer service!CORRECTING THE WRONG!!8) the worker was like I didnt know u needed the extra thing...I SAID U NEVER ASKED NOR DID SHE TELL ME I WASNT GETTING THE 2ND COLOR. 9) I SAID I WANT A RECEIPT! she said I can't do that. Seriously u placed an order online and u cant get a receipt!! She did manage to do it. WOW!!10) they are sending it 2 day express and yet they couldn't do that the 1st time!!

    I asked my doctor to switch to a new company for CPAP supplies.  After waiting quite awhile for this company to respond, they called me and said they were processing the order.   Weeks later I called them and they said they had no record of the order, but then the billing clerk backtracked and said she remembered the order, but they were out of supplies and not accepting new patients (because "we would not have enough supplies for our current patients").   Next she informed me they don't deliver in my area anyway (14 miles away from their location).   Very unfortunate it took several weeks to get this information.    I will let Medicare know they are not accepting new patients, since my insurance company is still referring to them.     Very bad customer service.    Clear they don't care about their customers at all.
