I've been going to Dr. Kapla for three or four years now, and each time I see him, he needs a cheat-sheet to remember my name. He seems not too comfortable using his computer software program to pull up and read my test results and record, expressing surprise when I remind him of tests I have taken and their results which are on my Sutter health record. All of this leads me to question how up-to-date he might be.

I've been going to Kapla Medical for 13 years and have never had a better doctor. I trust them with my life in all of the ways.

I have seen both Dr Kapla and Dr Manese since 1999. While I Primarily see Dr Manese now, who like others have said is very funny, both are great. The office staff and assistants are equally exceptional on billing and prescription issues. It is an all around good practice that is hard to find these days.

I have seen Dr Jeffrey Manese and it was such a pleasant experience. He took his time and explained everything to me in detail, not like the rushed experiences I've had at other hospitals. He is easy going, knowledgeable, and I really appreciate his care. Thank you Jeffrey!

Terrible terrible service.....somehow this Dr. has joined Sutter Medical...and the red-tape circus has begun....Unable to prescribe a simple Z-Pac over the phone....Unbelievable...Time to switch Dr.I don't see a Dr. often. (very healthy) but when you need one, you need one.....don't bother to call this office.  I like this guy, but the office is very weak.MM-
