Parsley Health San Francisco

Not worth the money @ all. There a tons of integrative heath doctors in most areas that I would suggest putting your money towards. This service is extremely expensive and doesnt cover anything. It takes months to even get doctor appointments but you are paying for the services in between those months. The influences you see that love this service have their appointments prioritized so of course they are going to enjoy their experience ( not to mention they are paid to). The service just isnt good. They care more about gaining as many subscriptions as possible than they do about the 1:1 individualized care. Waiting 2 months for a dr appointment for a service you pay for is laughable. Tia is a great female focused service in San Fransisco ( acupuncture, mental health, Obgyn, etc ). Can get appointments within days. Local integrative health offices have been able to get me in in 1-2 weeks. TOTAL SCAM DONT DO IT

When I talked about having a high stress startup job, the doctor said yeah, I work in a startup too, completely dismissing me.

I have just started Parsley Health. I do believe in the idea and the approach and am very hopeful. If the company does this properly I think this could be the future of medicine. Things that are critical is access to your doctor and wellness coach, (WHEN U NEED THEM) effective and timely communication, including access to testing etc. I am hopeful.

Not worth the cost. It is difficult to make appointments, you cannot make appointments with the same people. Their communication is poor. You will have a 30 minute meeting where they send you a ten page document full of information you already know, with unclear instructions at the bottom. It feels like a scam.

After finding a doctor that I thought was a good fit and filling out extensive paperwork, I was told that they actually weren't available. So I did not have a chance to work with a doctor at Parsley Health and cannot comment on their abilities. However, I had several other red flags early on and a gut feeling that this may not be all it's hyped up to be. I won't go into lengthy detail, but just recommend that anyone looking at Parsley Health does their due diligence and make sure that you are getting the "custom, personalized" care that is promised. Functional Medicine is an extensive and very personalized process, so don't accept anything less. In my experience, Functional Medicine can really turn your life around, but you have to be careful about who you choose to work with. I do appreciate that Parsley Health is making Functional Medicine accessible as it is typically very expensive. But I just hope that the care provided is up to par.
