Seems to be a common sentiment in these reviews: I really like my doctor here but the communication at this office is awful. They don't return calls. You have to call several times to get anything done. Really a bummer when you're trying to get healthcare.

I have been very blessed to have a wonderful Doctor who Listen to my issues or concerns . Very caring and compassionate his staff Have always been on point with calling me back and when I'm there I feel like I'm in the best of care thank you Doctor Carl BRICCA.. I'm so lucky to have you and your wonderful staff..

I agree with a couple of the reviews posted previously by others. The doctors are awesome, I love the doctors there. I have nothing bad to say about them. Its the front office staff that needs improvement. Especially Judith! Shes only nice to certain people but shes rude to non-whites. Every time we come here she says we have an unpaid copay when we have already sent in our payment months before our next appointment. Dont ever pay them cash at the front desk. They will never send the money to the finance office to be credited to your account, the cash will just stay in their desk drawer. They should be replaced by AI or allow patients to check in by phone or through a kiosk.
