Sleep Number Bed Asma is the store manager she was a big help on exchanging my mattress she connected me to the right person in customer service who also helped out Asma let me try out other beds so I can make the right decision being that it was my last & final decision to trade my mattress in Asma was very helpful person she took the time with my & let me take my time she didnt rush me thru the process of me deciding One thing I can say she cares abt the person she is helping making sure they are ok with their decision thats was comforting for me I will recommend friends & family if they ever decide they want a sleep number bed

An truly inspiring experience...we visited the Geary Blvd. store in San Francisco as it had just opened on Sunday at 11:00am. We were greeted by a warm, engaging, knowledgeable and energetic Sleep Professional Associate named Milan. As current Sleep Member bed owners, she walked us through all of our questions and we ended up purchasing a new Sleep Number bed to replace our existing one that is 12 years old. Milan walked us through and demonstrated various bed types and explained all purchasing option. She gave us her full attention even as other customers entered the store. This was one of our best retail/sales experiences to date. Kudos to Milan! Sleep Number is very fortunate having professionals like her working and representing your company.

My partner and I have been sleeping on my Queen-sized, 9 years-old [other mattress brand] bed for 2.5 years now and with my 15lb dog sleeping in the middle of us, it's been a tight fit to say the least. My partners parents have always had Sleep Number mattresses so when we finally went shopping this past Labor Day Weekend, we knew we would take a look. We went to a multi-brand mattress store first and had a great experience, however we weren't completely sold on the memory foam. We went to Sleep Number next and it was clear from the moment we walked in that we had saved the best for last. Not only because of the mattress itself (we went with the FlexFit / Split Head King i10 with the tier 2 adjustable base) but because of our wonderful sales associate Esma. ESMA WE LOVE YOU! Top tier, 12/10 service from the get. From small but meaningful gestures like offering us waters, to helping us find as many "cooling" solutions since my partner runs hot - Esma was beyond helpful and was committed to us walking out the door with a new mattress. Thank you SO much for your help, Esma! Can't wait to stretch out in our new, much roomier, Sleep Number mattress!
