They helped me out the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. It was easy and painless. -2 stars for charging me $300 for a 2 minute lockout at 9 pm. Another locksmith told me $150 is the going rate for this type of job. EDIT: Don't give me lip service. You lost 2 stars because I found out other locksmiths would charge $150 for 9 pm on a weekday. The review is to let others know that there are alternatives that charge a fairer price.

Can't say enough good things about Mike and his services. He was very transparent with the work that needed to be done and was incredibly responsive. His willingness to think outside the box and get the job done saved the day. I would highly recommend using this company if you are in the Bay Area
