    NOTE: REPORT THEM TO THE CFPB IMMEDIATELY! Sofi used to be great, but after almost a year of having my statement balance charged to a bank account that doesn't exist anymore in error, having the support give me multiple tickets on this issue, And now getting hung up on twice while just trying to explain the issue I've been having I don't believe that Sofi is capable enough to be a banking company. The issues i've had have caused my credit limit to lower even when I pay my balance well before the due date to assist with the error that they could not fix in their back end system. It has caused my credit score to plummet due to their negligence. Regardless of how many times I have called each month to get this issue resolved, updating the app, going online, I am met with hang-up after hang up. I'm just trying to get answers. I'm at the point of letting what I owe go to collections to deal with someone who is more capable of handling payment processing. SoFi's customer service was great for about a year in the beginning when they first opened. But now I met with hostility and anger after keeping a very calm tone in giving all of the information I can to anyone who will listen. I'm a non-aggressive person, and I really like so phi. As a bank, but I need help to resolve this issue and no matter what I have done after sending pictures and mountains of proof that there is nothing that I can do on my end, I am told nothing and get nowhere and suffer due to they're incompetence. The lady that I recently got hung up on was rude. There was silence while I tried to explain the situation and before I could finish the line when it dead. This was after talking to one guy who seemed very knowledgeable but then when talking to him, the line went dead after he began talking about issues that could potentially be with my phone. The only reason I have had to use this credit under. Lie on sofi service was because of the medical bills that I needed to pay for that are still not paid for in full. I would greatly appreciate getting this resolved. Thank you.

    if you have any money in sofi take it out while you can if you change or lose your current phone there is no way for them to verify your identity via email. This company is not a scam its just incompetent

    First, I love all the benefits and services they offer, but they lack ability to execute anything. I've been trying to get direct deposit properly set-up for 5 months. I've chatted with support several times and each time they say "a ticket has been submitted." Because of this issue I keep losing the benefits (high yield savings account, etc.). And forget about the sign-up bonus - you'll never get it.

    This bank is the worst bank I ever worked with .I saw their ads for higher interest rate then opened online checking acct , then I deposited a big check in it ,the second day I received a call, didnt state who he is who he works for but directly asked who I was, and who wrote me a check, so I thought it was a scam, so I said I dont have to tell you I dont know you , then the second day my account was frozen, that was a good check. Its a big amount but you can see is available on my account but I cannot use any of it its frozen. So I called customer service they provided for at least 50 times, every time told me theres nothing they can tell me theres no information and no higher manager or department I can talk to, whats the reason they dont know , and how long it will be frozen they dont know , I spend a whole day call back, trying to use the money to invest into the stock market but its been two weeks still remain frozen and I know what I can talk to just this is the worst experience I ever had with any banks, have been used Ally bank for few years, never had any problems like this, and then they pay you interest every month, just I think I cannot put in too much money in one bank just in case but I made a huge mistake and theres nothing I can do now, be careful of this bank.

    I recommend SoFi and will continue to use SoFi for all my financial needs. SoFi is honest, professional and reliable service. SoFi helped me when no one else did. I was in a car accident, falling behind on credit card bills-only able to pay minimum amount. My interest on these cards went up after Covid. Thanks to SoFi I got a low with real real low interest rate to pay off my high interest credit cards. I also was approved for a credit card with 0% APR for 18months. I cant thank SoFi enough for the easy application process, kind and compassionate approach. They also offer so many other services and benefits. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SoFi. I applied with other companies sending me offers to find out I was denied and they contacted me. I trust no other company than SoFi-check them out! They are the BEST!!!
