I asked for a quote for an airport transfer and I received a reservation for almost a third more than the online quote and they billed gratuities at the time of the reservation. I always do gratuities, but service is required. I will not pay them upfront. Cancelled reservation.

Filthy Dirty Vehicles Hired 2 limo buses for a corporate event. On the first night the bus arrived filthy dirty and smelled like a school locker room - sweaty gym socks! I emailed the company and said I was not looking for any kind of discount just please do better on the 2nd night. On the 2nd night the bus arrived, and as it was clean on the inside - the smell was worse than the night before. It was truly so offensive the group requested we not ride home in the bus. When I reached out to the company, I was placed on the on the phone with 3 different people - all who were argumentative. When I requested, we not pay for the second night, that we were willing to pay the driver but did not feel we should pay for a vehicle that smelled of rotting mold - they refused. We were Offered no sort of discount or apology. I would not recommend this company to anyone - not a high school dance, bachelor party or any sort of corporate function. Completely unprofessional and a DIRTY business operation.
