Great service & communication regarding their products. Reconfigured a Gloss lamp (purchased from MOMA store )  from halogen to LEDVery prompt & professional-also visited their showroom in the Dogpatch area-very nice

Beautiful products and excellent customer service! Although you have to go through a reseller/distributor to buy their light fixtures online, they have a very cool studio in SF with product displays - I think purchases can be made directly at the store. Once installed, I will share photos of the Bola pendants and the Solis Drum pendant.

Great designs, great service, items are made to order. I went to the showroom and walked out with my lamps 15 minutes later instead of waiting weeks buying for another retailer online. If youre in the Bay Area, its worth stopping by!

Beautiful designs. Spotty quality control. Horrific customer service. Beware if you order the tall (80") Elise floor lamps with stone bases as Pablo Designs seems to have virtually no quality control on the fabrication of the stone bases--which must be VERY precisely fabricated to hold the tall, polycarbonate, luminous tubes in place securely. If the fixtures were not so beautiful (well, once we manage to retrofit them that is!), we would return them. Their customer service folks are completely unsympathetic (rude, in fact) and completely ineffectual--continuing to make a bad situation worse.
