Leather Etc

Back in April I needed a white leather harness for an event that evening. For a few bucks extra they made it for me same day. Have worn it numerous times since, and had numerous other custom harvests made as well. The quality on all of their products is top notch and their custom shop has a pretty quick turnaround.

I absolutely loved my experience shopping here. I was a little nervous but they made me feel super comfortable and were very helpful and kind the whole time. The quality here is also excellent and they gave me a lot of advice and tips, I will definitely be coming back.

Visited SF last week and Leather Etc was pretty much my first port of call before hitting a couple of parties that week. I hadn't known what to expect but I was definitely blown away by the variety and quality of products and, most importantly, the top-notch service and professionalism of the staff. Jos and Sabi understood my needs and made great recommendations in terms of the fitting of the pieces. They are also super friendly yet respectful, which made exploring the gear a very non-threatening and fun experience. Jos suggested alterations to the harness I got, which they were able to do within minutes in-house at no extra charge. This made the harness sit perfectly on my frame, as if it were custom made. It felt like my cinderella moment, so thank you Jos!

This has got to be the worst store for horrible service and products. It was so bad, in July of 2021, I spent nearly $3000 in just a few days. Yep, the quality of leather, design and assembly exceeds my expectations and the guys are so helpful and supportive with selection and fitting. I too have had several items adjust while I waited. And one can browse products looking for that gotta have without being rushed. Ive also had custom items made before I left town. You guys are truly awesome and I hope to be back soon!
