This Jamba Juice is just like any other in terms of the menu. However, the staff seem to be either trainees or just not at all willing to work there.
Located on the Lower Level (LL in the lifts) of Macys Union Square, Jamba Juice is part of a mini food complex that is like a cafeteria. The food here in general is expensive and of mediocre standard. But, if youre desperate, you wont find food at this price within a five minute walk from Macys.
One of the staff members seemed to be lifeless and not enthused, which was only affirmed when she raised her voice at the customer after us, who made some minute mistake in his order, forcing the staff member to redo the order. Conversely, the other staff member seemed to be happy and a bit more experienced. I do have a feeling that this whole cafeteria is a training location for new employees, and it shows in the staffs behaviour. But if you need food desperately, by all means eat here.
