This jewelry store is an absolute disappointment, representing the lowest standard I've encountered in the industry. The staff, particularly a female employee who lacks fundamental sales skills and product knowledge, undermines the store's credibility. Her inability to provide basic information, coupled with a poor attitude, detracts significantly from the customer experience. It's crucial for the store's management to elevate their hiring criteria and ensure their team reflects the excellence customers expect from a reputable brand.

Amazing customer service. We received the ring today, and they are just stunning. Thanks to Rosie, she really took her time and effort to make us feel valuable and taken care of. Both me and my husbands size were out of stock, so we had to get shipped from out of country. Gladly I was updated every single step of the process till the final delivery. Plus the delivery was a week faster than the estimated time! Getting a wedding set was such a long journey to us. After searching and searching and comparing all the options, we finally choose GRAFF, and so glad we did :)
