--2024 Update: I received a notification that the business owner recently replied to my review...from 9 years ago.. In response to his extraordinarily delayed message: 1) If the return information was clearly fleshed out on the receipt, there would not have been a reason to call. Something was missing which warranted a phone call. We're talking 9 years ago. Your current receipt printouts don't necessarily match those from nearly a decade ago. 2) Regardless of the receipt, your response on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As mentioned in the original review: you were as angry as if someone had insulted you...all because a customer dared to call your business to ask a question about a purchase.. 3) That review is from 2015..and you decided to respond 9 years later? This is the act of a petty child, not a business owner.. The only reason I still even remember the name Yadegar is because your rudeness had become an amusing anecdote. And now, thanks to your asinine followup, nearly a decade later, I have a new anecdote. I dropped the 3 star rating down to 1 because of your response. Smart move, Yadegar.. --Original review (from 2015): I don't have any negative comments about in-store customer service. During my purchase, it slipped my mind to ask information about returns. I called some time later simply to get information about any return policy. Yadegar responded pretty aggressively, as if I had insulted him... My issue is not with the no return policy, but with his unprovoked, hostile response. Based on this less than pleasant phone conversation, I'll be making future purchases elsewhere.

I have been going to Jay for almost a decade now. I was recommended to him by a long time friend and have not been disappointed. He has had a hand in all of our life events and making the jewelry purchased special and meaningful. He goes above and beyond and spends time with you and figuring out what you need. He listens to what you're looking for and finds the right piece. I appreciate his honesty and patience during the process of finding the right item. And if he does not have what you are looking for he will tell you where to go to find it. Jay is awesome and great at what he does.
