My wife loves jewelry and loves creating.Iris workshop was the perfect find for a birthday gift .After scheduling via email directly with Iris, we couldn't wait for the workshop. My wife was having fun just by thinking about potential designs.On the workshop day, we arrived at Iris studio and began making our own  jewelry.The session was very informative, short (in a good way), but long enough to allow for an end-to-end making of a jewelry that can be worn right there.In the end, my wife got two birthday gifts: the workshop itself (including the earrings she made for herself), but also the unique/exclusive necklace custom crafted by her husband!

Take an enamel class with Iris because it seriously is so much fun learning from this incredible artist and you walk away with a piece that you create yourself! Iris is engaging, really nice and a talented artist in her own right. Looking forward to returning to SF and taking more classes!

I really enjoyed Iris's creative and crafty workshop! Thoughtful instructions and great prep work make it really easy to get into the jewelry making, even as complete newbie. It was a fun and educational experience that I shared with one of my good friends. We both walk out with our very own necklace, played around with designs and colors and are super proud of ourselves. Iris has a beautiful presence. She offer help where needed as she is a professional and has created some stunning pieces, but also leaves everyone their creative freedom to try things out on their own, if preferred. ;) I can highly recommend this workshop.

Iris's enameling class was perfect. My friend and I took a class on a Sunday morning and it was a great way to have fun making a cute jewelry piece that we took home with us the same exact day, which I loved! I was a but nervous at first as I had no prior experience with any type of jewelry making or enameling but this class was super fun and easy. Iris did an amazing job at walking us through the process step by step with a demo and also gave us a printed guide to follow along (and take with us home). During the process she was extremely helpful and patient to ensure our pieces came out stunning. I also liked that she had example pieces and gave us recommendations as we were brainstorming our designs. I would highly recommend this class for those interested in making a unique piece of jewelry and/or interested in learning enameling. After the class was over I had a cute pair of earrings and also learned the process of enameling!
