Very honest, polite, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, genuine. I came in there and made it clear that I am not there to buy anything, but just doing some research to buy my gf something. And Jean-Paul still went above and beyond to help me out, teach me what to look for, and explain everything to me in a very comfortable and no pressure atmosphere. If I get married, I am definitely going back to Jean-Paul for a ring.

I have been working with Pete Karageuzian at Edward's Jewelry & Imports Fine Jewelers since 2005 when my husband was accompanied to Edward's Jewelry & Imports by a dear friend of mine who introduced my him to Pete. Pete assisted my husband with finding the perfect diamond for the engagement ring I wanted. Pete provided excellent customer service then, and has continued to do so over the past 11 years!
