So easy to work with - very accommodating & talented. Its been close to a year since we worked with Ariel Arts - definitely one our best investments. Turning our living room into a peaceful, cohesive space has given me & my family so much joy. Highly recommend working with Ariel & her team.

Ariel is so fun to work with, she incorporated our ideas and amplified them into a professionally designed space. We have small children, so we needed to think a lot about function and how the living room would grow as the toys changed and left. She put a lot of thought into what we wanted and how to achieve it. I loved that she incorporated some of the existing pieces that we have so that it didn't feel like we had to start totally from scratch. I highly recommend her services! Service: Living room design

I bought a house last fall and used Ariel to design 4 rooms. I am so happy with the finished product and I loved the design process. The savings that Ariel is able to offer is great but there is a fee on top of the furniture for the admin of ordering and tracking the purchases. This is where the problem was for me and what made the overall experience really frustrating. Because it was a new house and I didnt have furniture we agreed to order items that would ship quickly. I paid the amount in full on October 21 and I didnt receive the bulk of my furniture until mid February. That was a long to time to live without couches, chairs, etc. The portal to view order status almost never worked and the ETA just kept getting pushed out. I understand supply chain issues but my issue was lack of communication from Ariels team and the absence of problem solving. I would say the typical response time from the team was 1 week, even when I would be promised a reply the next day. It got so bad that I asked to have all the tracking info so I could follow up myself. As we approach May there are still items Im waiting on and I was promised a follow up 10 days ago. Ariel and her team and so talented and there were savings but if I had to do it again, Id pay full price to avoid the headache of working with her team and having almost no insight to when things would actually arrive. It seems like she may be stretched too thin and could benefit from adding support staff to see the projects through successfully.
