The family used AAA for over 30 years and it was all about relationships. We had one great agent who would respond annually and check up on us. Once he retired, no one reached out and the policy eventually lapsed. Enter Farmers Insurance. We knew Mariya for many years and she helped us with quick response and getting a policy in place. Managing risk is a challenge, but we are so glad to have a new relationship to guide us with Farmers.

I'm glad I found that they had a yelp page. I think they deserve nothing but good recognition. My father's been Samuel's client for over 20 years and his assistant, Mei is super helpful, friendly, and most of all--- honest. She always answers or calls back and it's always nice speaking to her. She explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure you're comfortable with the knowledge. After being in an accident I learned the value of being fully covered by insurance. I recently referred a friend to contact her for a good deal on insurance. He said she was very helpful and nice, even if he couldn't go with them on a final note. Anyways, this agency is great- it's been tested through time that they're reliable and worth every penny.
