      image I've had a policy with Mike for five years and have regretted every moment of it. The team is extremely unresponsive, unless it's to upsell you to other policies. I had written a negative review previously due to an overpayment that took months to process, but removed the review at their request. I very rarely need to interact with the team, so I would hate to find out how their communication would be if anything actually happened to my home. I've since switched to providers who answer my emails (that is, assuming someone sees my review and cancels my policy as requested in my email), and can get my online access set up properly. In a world where insurance brokers are a dime a dozen, this is one to avoid.

Whether he had a bad morning or just does not know what to do, if you want customer service... please look elsewhere. Thanks Michael, I will call around.
