    I was a customer for 11 years. Over the years I even looked and found some lower quotes but stuck with Esurance because I never had an issue. Then someone ran into me. They were at fault. The other party admitted to the officer, the other party was cited for failure to yield, a police report was issued. But the driver of the other car filed a claim with my insurance right away. I filed a claim with their insurance. I noticed right away that the other insurance company I was working with seemed to be objective and very straight forward. Meanwhile my Esurances person was very much not believing me when I told them I wasn't at fault. She responded with things like "We'll see" after I told them that the other driver was ticketed and their was a police report. But that wasn't a deal breaker because ultimately the two insurance companies figured it out and I was rewarded my deductible back. Well when it came time for a policy renewal they certainly punished me for having a claim on me even though I wasn't at fault. My bill significantly went up, after 11 years of flawless driving record and I wasn't even at fault. If it would have been a little I might have understood but the increase was so high that it was clear that they downright did not want me as a customer anymore. The worst part is I immediately started calling other insurance companies for quotes and I was receiving quotes that were approx half of what esurance was wanting to renew me at. I feel stupid for those 11 years with Esurance now. Very few times in life do I regret giving my money to a business but this one I absolutely regret. Shame on you for screwing over a long time customer.

    CHAR IN ESURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY NICE AND HELPFUL TO ME. I APPRECIATE IT, BUT I RECENTLY WROTE: I PAY ESURANCE, AN ALLSTATE COMPANY, EVERY MONTH LIKE AN IDIOT! IT GENERALLY OFFERS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IS ALMOST ENTIRELY ROBOTIC! I NEEDED A TOW TRUCK TODAY, OCT. 25, 2023, AND DIDN'T GET HELP FROM ESURANCE! I KEPT CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING! IT'S HARD AS HELL TO BYPASS THE PHONE ROBOT, AND THE FOREIGN CALL CENTER WORKERS HAVE A LANGUAGE BARRIER IF ENGLISH IS YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE. ESURANCE ALSO HAS A VERY SMALL NUMBER OF TOWING SERVICE PROVIDERS IN LOS ANGELES, A MAJOR U.S. CITY. ESURANCE ROADSIDE FINALLY SENT ME ALL STAR TOWING TODAY IN LOS ANGELES. THE DRIVER ARRIVED, WAS VERY RUDE, AND JUST ABANDONED ME ON THE STREET! I THEN PAID ANOTHER TOW COMPANY$100TO TOW MY CAR TO A REPAIR SHOP. ESURANCE THEN DEDUCTED TWO SERVICE CALLS FROM MY INSURANCE ACCOUNT WHEN THERE SHOULD ONLY BE ONE FROM LAST NIGHT! SHAME ON ESURANCE & ESURANCE ROADSIDE. SHAME ON ALLSTATE! YOU JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY! HORRIBLE!

    Esurance is an absolute and utter ABOMINATION! Im surprised they havent had a class action lawsuit against them. Who wants to start one? I submitted a claim about 6-weeks ago and had very little contact with the adjuster assigned to the claim, Kendall Grace. It took them 4-5 weeks to get an appraiser out to look at my car and tell me it was just normal wear & tear when I ran over a large tree branch at 60 mph hour (which couldnt be avoided on the highway) due to a sandstorm in Arizona which knocked my car out of alignment. They looked at the car and decided it was just normal wear & tear rather than actually driving the car to determine that its out of alignment. Absolutely horrendous customer service and treatment. I pay $7000+ a year for this insurance and this is the treatment I get? Absolutely vile, dispensable, and unethical business practices at this joke or a company. Dont EVER trust these criminals. Class action anyone?
