I have been with Spellman State Farm agent for 10+ years. I have always been very happy with the services I received. I find Sunday to be very helpful and always pleasant. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. Despite 100+ increase in rate this years (2024) I will stay with State Farms.

This is for State Farm insurance you know my agents theyre great they work with me I wouldnt have no other agents but once I got hit by a guy who ran a red light and ran into my car my feelings about State Farm have really changed as far as the adjuster and everybody in the claims department because as far as I know the money Ive been paying is pretty good money for this insurance coverage way too good for the way Ive been treated by state farms adjusters to this day my alarm still doesnt work my hood latch is broken and the front and my car is making noises. Im pretty sure that after an accident yeah my airbags are supposed to be checked especially if you got hit in the front end and and the airbag light is still illuminated my alignment shouldve been checked but that wasnt the deal I guess the adjuster know How to tell if an alignment is accurate just by looking at it im starting to wonder if I get into another accident in the causes because my front end if Im really liable for all this probably not because somebody didnt get my check my phone and checked out and I find that very disrespectful and dangerous. Its a good thing theyre in the insurance business
