Jong Kyu (John) is a great insurance agent. Not only does he do all my personal insurance, he does the insurance for our company. We have used him for our mixed use (commercial and residential property), before, during and after construction. He always tries to find the best policies at the best price that he can find, giving advice showing he doesn't just care about making a commission, but really cares about his clients that they are truly satisfied with the policies and his services. He and his team reminds us of when our policies are expiring for renewals and checks in to see how things are going. He explains things thoroughly so we really can understand, makes recommendations and has come over to check out our building during and after the construction process. In addition, we use John for our rental properties and our real estate sales and property management business. We always recommend John to our clients whether they are purchasing a home or rental insurance policy and his rates have been very competitive. I cannot recommend any insurance agent who is better.
