They never showed up and charged me the full amount. This business is a scam and should be avoided. It's so frustrating they are not even picking up my calls.

Would give a 0 star if I could. I can't speak to the actual quality of the cleaning because the team never showed up. After waiting 30 minutes passed the 1 hour window for arrival I tried contacting the company to see if they would be further delayed. Over the next 2 hours I tried via calling and leaving a voicemail, emailing on the confirmation message, reaching out via the portal, and commenting on the service in the portal, with no response. Finally at almost 9:30 PM (over 6 hours after they were supposed to arrive) I got a call and a text from the team that they were held up. I didn't hear anything from the actual company until 9 PM the following day. I was a first time customer looking to establish a relationship and needless to say I will not be using this business given how unreliable and unprofessional the entire experience was. This place is a scam. I pre-paid $450 and the cleaner never arrived. I rang them and finally got onto the service team and they said they would re-send someone the next day. That person also didn’t arrive and now they are avoiding my calls. This is a scam and I would avoid at all costs
