    This place is a rip off do not stay here all kinda hitting fees. 25.00 a night for parking this is not a five star hotel more like a half of star hotel. Please don't waste your time at night it's like crack City They also trying to keepy deposit he will not give me a receipt. But I would like to contact everyone that has experience anything with this hotel to contact me. I would like to take them to court. Who's with me. They are some bad people that own this hotel He needs to learn how to treat guest I am from Texas and was treated badly. I also could not utilize the TV because they had problems but did I receive any accommodations no. These people are only about money what happened to customer service??? This place needs to be closed Rooms: It's okay but they want come clean or change trash . Safety: No good at night

    WARNING!! This hotel is gouging guest of their security deposits. This is my second attempt to stay here and my last, my card (on file) has been charged without authorization or reasoning. When I talked to the manager he appeared to be high or disoriented and acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. Ive called the property numerous times and have been put on hold repeatedly, the hotel is in desperate need of repairs and new management. Im beyond frustrated to have this occur yet again, in addition to this there are homeless people begging guest for help and change. I had to watch my back and make sure my car was locked as I was loading up my vehicle, the homeless man stood outside my door waiting for me to come out. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY OR SMALL CHILDREN HERE!!! Rooms: Rooms are heavily damaged and they have cockroaches, please keep in mind you pay for what you get. We found drug paraphernalia in our room. The manager will play dumb and attempted to accuse us then backed tracking he apologized but he was completely out of line. Safety: Be aware of your surroundings. Lock the doors in your room along with deadbolt and do not walk anywhere outside the hotel alone. Noteworthy details: The hotel will not address or cure issues, you get a generic response about how theyre deeply troubled and how they will investigate the issues brought to them its all false. When and if you experience your money being stolen from the property I suggest you contact the police immediately in addition to the business bureau. Dont say I didnt warn you.

    The management here is a joke and lacks morals and ethics Im sure defy the standards of the company. Imagine showing up to work and bullying or discriminating against people who arent as fortunate as you. I witnessed the manager discriminating against several guest and threatening to tow vehicles harassing guest but do nothing about the theft or drug use on the premises let alone the conditions of the rooms. Mind you my stay was several days, the manager with glasses its pathetic hes an ethic gentleman himself and sadly he will lose his job soon. You dont look down or mistreat people my stay wasnt even mediocre at best and there was yelling in the early AM daily as homeless are banging on doors to get access terrorizing guest. The last thing someone wants is to be harassed theres no security and theyre not consistent here I saw the manager target individuals and turn a blind eye to those who claimed to know his friends or mutual parties its not right I wont stay here again. If youre a parent for your kids safety please keep your kids away. Safety: Its not comfortable or safe here and the management will target and discriminate against you if you look different. The front desk is co in descending and rude the way they handle you is just wrong I felt like trash handing over my money just to be treated like scum. Your safety will be threatened here constantly as people watch you and attempt to gain access to your room please be aware of your surroundings.

    We had a very bad time when checking out. Our purpose and tourism was fulfilled. But they attended us through a security window, with 3 people, only one was registered and the deposit of 100 dollars was NOT returned to us in addition to insisting on its return. They only returned it to the person who paid the deposit and they did not return the money to the father and brother . Well, he only stayed one night and traveled the day before to Miami. Let's hope they return it to the bank account. I'll tell you how this just ended. It's been 5 months and they haven't returned our $100 deposit. This hotel usually keeps deposits and does not register all arriving guests. 3 of us arrived and only one registered and that was the excuse for not delivering the deposit that the 3 of us had delivered. What nerve!! And they only apologize and what money? There should be a place to complain and force them. To return what DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. THAT IS THEFT EYES SEEN AND WITH IMPUNITY. BANDITS!

    Lots of homeless people on site who honestly arent the main issue. The outside rooms on the perimeter are exposed to the street in a way you have people reaching through the barred windows and hear their lighters as they hit their glass pipes and get high. Ive had people reach through my window and curse me from the street leaving all kinds of miscellaneous trash and even a beer bottle as they party it up within reach and access to my room. My drapes were burnt as a man lit it with his cigarette bud. Theres no security and the manager on site is a bully and liar. We had just returned (car still running) and we were unloading our vehicle, the front desk didnt mention a parking pass at that time of check in or when I went to retrieve my deposit but paid for a permit good through 3/29 the manager took down our license plate saying our vehicle would be towed off site if we didnt pay additional fees for parking. I informed the manager i paid for parking and I was simply unloading my vehicle I have equipment and crates for my service animals so it takes time to set up my room although my pass was not displayed. In addition to this I was leaving taking the other parties with me to the airport and would not be here long anyway. He still put a notice on our vehicle and ignored me completely, I finished my task and left to the airport then returned with my animals to feed them and hadnt been at my room to settle or anything for more than an hour before I heard a loud cranking outside my door. The manager only having a brief encounter with us called a towed truck as he left the property fleeing while they were attempting to take my vehicle with all my belongs attached to the roof causing other guest attention to me and my vehicle as well. This property will lie, threaten, and treat you like a criminal or trespasser bullying you into paying additional fees regardless if youre a paid guest or not in our case our stay was an extended stay meaning its an additional $300 - $350 just for parking you will be charged every night which makes no sense as a guest, my vehicle was severely damaged in the process of the attempted tow because I have an anti theft lock device on it and my emergency break is engaged for safety reasons due to my experience living In the city. This place will rob you too, I overheard the manager speaking about the renovations and how a few rooms have been painted already which is why I assume thats why they charge and ticket for parking for guest instead of using discretion to make extra money they will forcefully take from you.. WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! The prices are a trap and not a true reflection of hidden fees or worth it for the service and treatment in addition to all the risk factors with people creeping around the parking lot and outside the rooms. The rooms are heavily damaged and even the basic amenities/services are not provided for a week stay we were given 1 towel. Rooms: You pay for what you get and will not receive basic amenities or assistance. Theyre more concerned about monitoring your parking than improving the habitable space and basic decency. Safety: You have to keep your head down and go straight to your room you will have people using drugs and hovering outside your door for us extremely disruptive because we have service animals it was a constant interruption but I am grateful because of them I felt, safe.
